Rules & Regulations

Check Out

Check out is at 11:00 am prompt.
Please do not assume you can stay on the lot and let the office know later. Your lot may be reserved for someone else. If you want to stay longer you must check with the office in advance, or pull off until you can contact the office.

Community Wide

Please observe quiet time from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
The speed limit is 10 mph unless otherwise posted.
Propane-fueled fire pits are permitted. No wood burning fires allowed.
Fireworks or discharging of fire arms is prohibited.
Smoking / Vaping is not permitted within 50 feet of any condominium
One flag attached to the RV permitted. No hate inspired or political flags allowed.

Transportation

No parking on any lot other than the one you have rented.
No street parking.
No golf carts, bicycles, scooters, skate boards, hover boards or other wheeled devices are permitted in park roadways between sunset and sunrise unless the devices are equipped with adequate lighting. All methods of transportation while using association roadways must adhere to vehicular traffic laws.
Golf Carts driven in the park must have a licensed driver in attendance at all times. Waiver and proof of liability insurance must be submitted to the office before using on park roadways.
No supplementary trailers, boats or watercraft to be parked on lots.

Pets

Pets must be leashed or kenneled at all times when outdoors with adult
Maximum of two pets allowed.
Pets should only be walked in the designated pet areas. This means keep them off of the grass and private lots in all other areas.
Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed.
Pets are not permitted in any buildings on pool decks or at the Tiki Hut.
No feeding of pets outdoors. owner in attendance. No exceptions.

Children

All children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult.
Please do not allow your children to play in the streets.

Pool

Pool Hours: 8:00 am 10:00 pm.
No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Pool Gate must be kept closed at all times.
Shower before entering the pool or spa.
Individuals under 12 years of age must be supervised by a responsible
Incontinent individuals of any age must wear rubberized leak-poof
No glass containers are permitted within the pool enclosure. Food and
Running, diving and jumping of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Throwing of objects of any kind within the pool area is prohibited except

The maximum occupancy of the pool is twenty-three (23) persons.
The maximum occupancy of the spa is six (6) persons.
Pool Monitors are employees of the association and have full authority of the board to enforce the pool rules. Failure to folow these rules could result in you being asked to leave the pool area.

Other Info

Absolutely NO trimming or cutting of any plants, trees or shrubs.
Do not allow water to drip. Make sure connections are water tight.
Report any problems to the office ASAP.
When checking out please do the following:
1. Turn off breakers.
2. Ensure that no water is dripping from faucet.
3. Replace Sewer Cap.
4. Ensure that the electric panel is in place.
