There are two living areas. One open to kitchen and dining, the other a large Florida
room, both with abundant natural lighting and custom blinds throughout. A wall mounted
swivel TV in each room hooked up to Blue Stream cable. Blue Stream internet and WiFi
accessed through wall-mounted router box.
The exterior provides wide front steps leading up to a front porch landing that overlooks
the Juno Dunes Preserve right across the street. Both front and back doors have
keyless entry locks. The back door also has a small landing with steps to the pavered
back patio that opens to a quiet common area with a circle drive around a free-standing
(newly remodeled) shower house, restroom and a coin-operated laundry room for those
bigger loads. A well-maintained place to rinse of the salt and sand from the day at the
beach.
There are 2 water spigots (front and back) along with power outlets for any outside
needs. And under the front steps is the water heater (new 2022) allowing easy access.
Further outdoor storage available under the unit itself.

minute walk to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and famous Juno Beach pier, where you can
explore, pier fish, witness amazing sunrises and enjoy the wonderful sea breezes.
This condo/RV resort has a lot to offer. A large tiki hut where many activities are held
throughout the season. Adjacent to the Club House (with showers, restrooms pool table
and exercise room) is the heated Olympic size pool and spacious hot tub. Next to that
are the pickle ball and pétanque courts and well-maintained children’s playground. The
beautiful office, remodeled in 2025, provides easy check-in, a mail room, and a great

yoga, poker games, water aerobics, water volleyball, sand volleyball and many social
gatherings.
