Cancelation and Payment Policy
Rent payment is due on the 1st day of your reservation. If the office is closed, a check in packet will be left for the assigned renter with lot assignment and check in details. It is your responsibility as the customer to make arrangements for payment and check in If you plan to arrive afterhours or when the office is closed. Payment and Check in procedures must be completed on the first business day (Monday - Saturday) after your arrival. Failure to complete check-in within indicated time frame will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit.

Reservations that fall between November 1st– April 30th -

90 days advance written notice of cancellation to junorvresort@hotmail.com will result in deposit refunded minus one day’s stay. Cancelations made after cutoff date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Reservations that fall between May 1st – October 31st -

30 days advance written notice of cancellation to junorvresort@hotmail.com will result in deposit refunded minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancelations made after cutoff date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
